Why Would I Buy from Forge Can?

Forge Can was built by two avid pouchers whose focus was to help people enjoy pouches in a better way. All of our products are tried and tested by real pouch lovers so you know you're getting a product that just makes sense. Especially if you toss hogs at a high rate, prying open your can many times per day gets annoying. Every product is fully covered under our warranty and we offer 30 day returns on all products. Which payment methods do you accept?

  • Credit/Debit Cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover)

  • PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay

Do you really offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. For shipping to non-contiguous United States and US Provinces, please see the next section.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico?

Yes, our products are able to be shipped to HI, AK, and PR. We also ship to American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. However, at this time we're charging for shipping to these destinations. 

Do you ship Internationally?

We do not ship internationally yet. International shipping will be available in early 2026.

When will my order ship?

The status of your order will determine the estimated delivery time frame. Products will be shipped within 24 hours of your order and delivery times for free shipping can range from 2-5 days depending on location. Expedited shipping is available and fees will be displayed at checkout. Estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page if they will not be expected to ship within normal processing times. Additionally, the order confirmation you receive via email will also display the expected shipping time frame. 

Is there a warranty?

Yes. All of our products fall under a lifetime warranty. 

Do you accept returns?

Yes we do. Please review our Return Policy to learn more. You can start the return process from your customer profile Page or email us from the contact us page. 

What is your Cancellation Policy?

If you would like to cancel an order, please email our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before order processing will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have shipped or processed may be subject to transaction fees or return shipping fees.

Used the wrong payment method? No worries! We just require you to purchase the product with the new payment method prior to us refunding your original order. This protects us from processing fees.

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please go to your customer profile page within 48 hours of receiving your order and start the return process and describe the damage to your product.

What happens after I place an order?

As soon as you place your order, you'll receive an email from support@forgecan.com with your confirmation details. Please keep this email for your records. After we receive your order we'll prepare your product for shipment. To get the most accurate shipping lead times, please follow the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.
